NIACC men ranked 13th in latest poll
MASON CITY - The NIACC men's basketball team is ranked 13th in this week's NJCAA Division II poll.
NIACC (21-5 overall, 7-4 in the ICCAC) was No. 12 in the Feb. 10 poll. Last week, the Trojans topped DCTC 93-87 and Iowa Central 81-75.
Milwaukee Area Tech (27-1) is ranked No. 1 in this week's poll. Sullivan County is ranked No. 2 and North Central Missouri is ranked third.
Iowa Lakes (22-4) is ranked seventh, DMACC (23-4) is ranked ninth and Kirkwood (20-5) is tied for 11th.
NIACC hosts Kirkwood on Saturday. Game time is slated for 3 p.m. in the NIACC gym.
