No. 2 NIACC men cruise, 98-68
CRESTON - Still perfect.
The No. 2 NIACC men's basketball team cruised to a 98-68 victory over Southwestern Wednesday night in its ICCAC opener and improved its overall record to 11-0.
NIACC led 42-22 at the half.
Deundra Roberson led NIACC with 24 points. Wendell Matthews scored 20 points and Trey Sampson scored 19 points.
NIACC returns to action Dec. 13-14 at the Johnson County CC Classic. NIACC faces No. 1 Johnson County CC at 7 p.m. on Dec. 13 and plays Highland (Kan.) CC at 1 p.m. on Dec. 14.
