FORT DODGE - The No. 20 NIACC softball team dropped a pair of ICCAC contests to Iowa Central Monday at Harlan Rogers Park.
Iowa Central won the first game 8-4 and took the second game 11-5.
In the first game, NIACC sophomore Emily Jones was 2 for 3, including a home run, and three RBIs. The Trojans' Katy Olive also adde a double.
In the second game, Olive had a home run with two RBIs. Jones and Madisyn Kelley also had doubles.
NIACC (31-21 overall, 20-8 in the ICCAC) opens play in the NJCAA Region 11 tournament on Friday.
