NIACC women to compete in ICCAC Summer Series
JOHNSTON - The NIACC women's basketball team will play five games in two days Friday and Saturday at the annual 2024 ICCAC Summer Series at Johnston High School.
NIACC, under fifth-year coach Brad Vaught, plays Bay College at 3 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans also face Seward County CC at 6 p.m. on Friday.
On Saturday, the Trojans face DMACC at 11 a.m., Macomb CC at 3 p.m. and Sauk Valley CC at 7 p.m.
The Trojans will have eight players available for the two-day event.
On Friday playing for the Trojans will be sophomores Alexis Schroeder, Karly Holm, Tori Miller, Sonya Potthoff and Keeley Steele and freshmen Tayler Helgemoe, Kiru Othow and Kelsey McDonough.
