No. 9 NIACC women fall to NDSCS, 70-61

WAHEPTON, N.D. - The NIACC women's basketball team dropped its fourth straight game Friday night falling to NDSCS, 70-61, at the NDSCS Classic.
Hattie Davidson, a freshman from Northwood-Kensett, led the Lady Trojans with 15 points. UU Longs scored 11 points and Marci Wolters, a freshman from Mason City, scored 9 points.
Kailey Adams led NDSCS with 24 points and 11 rebounds. Kate Williams followd with 11 points.
"We played hard," said NIACC coach Todd Ciochetto. "It was tied in the fourth quarter and we just couldn't get a couple stops."
NIACC (4-4) plays Dakota College-Bottineau Saturday at noon in Wapheton.
