KEOKUK — Saturday was a forgettable day for the NIACC women's basketball team.
The Lady Trojans were outplayed in nearly ever facet of the game in a 67-48 loss at Southeastern Community College.
"It wasn't our day," NIACC coach Todd Ciochetto said. "We couldn't make a shot, didn't execute and lost every loose ball. Today was just one of those days and we just have to throw it away and move on."
Adria Stewart led NIACC (11-9, 3-2) with eight points, Sarri Happel scored seven, Khalilah Holloway had six and Riley Galvin and Kelsie Willert each finished with five.
NIACC hosts No. 1 Kirkwood on Wednesday.
