NIACC women fall to NDSCS, 61-50

FORT DODGE — NIACC was handed its second loss in as many days Saturday, falling to North Dakota State College of Science 61-50 in Great Western Shootout on the Iowa Central campus.
"We have to play hard," NIACC coach Todd Ciochetto said. "We played harder today but just didn't make enough shots."

NIACC finished 15-55 from the floor and 4-29 from beyond the arc.
Cierra Stanciel paced the Lady Trojans (4-2) with 12 points, Kelsie Willert scored 10 and Hattie Davidson finished with eight.
NIACC is back in action Monday at home vs. Marshalltown Community College.
