CLINTON COUNTY, Ill. - The NIACC women's soccer team tied Kaskaskia College 1-1 in a non-conference contest Wednesday afternoon.
Kaskaskia College led 1-0 at the half and the Trojans tied the contest with a goal in the second half.
Kaskaskia College received an unassisted goal from Emma Eversgerd in the 31st minute.
NIACC tied the contest with a goal from sophomore Karly Holm in the 50th minute with an assist from Aryana Rashidi
NIACC (2-2-1) returns to action Saturday at home in its ICCAC opener against Western Iowa Tech. Match time on the NIACC campus is set for 3:30 p.m.
