NIACC's Peck earns 2 top 10 finishes
DES MOINES - NIACC's Katyrra Peck earned two top 10 finishes in the sprint events Saturday at the Grand View Viking Relays.
Peck placed sixth in the 100-meter dash in a time of 13.31 seconds and was seventh in the 200-meter dash in 27.79.
Also for the NIACC women, Lynn Hoeft was third in the 100 hurdles (17.45) and Halsie Keltner was third in the javelin (99 feet, 4 inches).
NIACC's Jordan Swenson was fifth in the high jump (4-10 1/2) and Hoeft was fifth in the long jump (14-7).
