
NIACC's Hoeft places 5th in 60 hurdles
CEDAR FALLS - NIACC's Lynn Hoeft placed fifth in the 60-meter hurdles on Friday in a time of 10.55 seconds at the Jack Jennett Open in the UNI-Dome.
Hoeft clocked a personal-best 10.53 seconds in the prelims to qualify for the finals.
Also for the Trojans on Friday, Jordan Swenson was eighth in the high jump with a leap of 4 feet, 11 inches (1.50 meters).
NIACCs Lilly Stockberger was 11th in the mile (6:45.32) and 13th in the 800 (3:02.31). The Trojans' Katyrra Peck was 16th in the 200 in a time of 29.32.
NIACC returns to action Jan. 29 at the Sol Butler Classic in Dubuque.
