MASON CITY - The NIACC women's soccer team dropped a 9-0 decision to No. 19 (NJCAA Division II) Iowa Lakes on Wednesday on the NIACC campus.
Iowa Lakes (3-1-1) led 3-0 at the half and added six goals in the second half.
NIACC (0-3) returns to action Saturday at Marshalltown CC in a non-conference contest. Match time is slated for 1 p.m.
NIACC will open ICCAC play Sept. 16 in a match at Northeast CC.
