MASON CITY - The NIACC and Iowa Central women's soccer match was suspended Wednesday afternoon with the Tritons leading 3-0.
The match was suspended because of lightning in the area with 24 minutes, 5 seconds remaining in the contest.
The game will be resumed at a later date.
Iowa Central led 1-0 at the half and scored two goals in the second half.
NIACC returns to action Saturday at home against Scott CC. The match is slated to start at 1 p.m. on the NIACC campus.
