SEDALIA, Mo. - The NIACC men's soccer team blanked State Fair CC 1-0 on Sunday in a non-league contest.
NIACC opened its season on Saturday with a 1-0 victory over the Missouri Valley College junior varsity. It is the first time in school history that the NIACC men have recorded back-to-back 1-0 shutouts.
It is the first time since 2017 that the NIACC men have started out 2-0.
NIACC received its lone goal on Sunday from Alex Scarano.
NIACC returns to action Saturday at home against Hawkeye CC in a non-conference contest. Match time at the NIACC is pitch is slated for 4 p.m.
