MASON CITY - The NIACC men's basketball team improved to 14-5 overall with a convincing 90-60 victory over the Luther College Junior Varsity Monday night in the NIACC gym.
NIACC led 45-28 at the half and outscored the Norse 45-32 in the second 20 minutes to claim the 30-point victory.
Bradley Andrews matched his career high with 25 points, including 20 in the first half, to lead NIACC. Andrews, who connected on five 3-point goals, also collected seven rebounds.
Also for NIACC, Tysen Brennan and Myles Tucker both scored 13 points. Jeffey Skogen scored 12 points with six rebounds, three assists and two steals.
NIACC's Noah Rigatuso scored eight points with a game-high eight rebounds and game-high four steals. The Trojans' Jordan Jones dished out a game-high six assists and had three steals and three rebounds.
NIACC returns to action Wednesday at home against Iowa Central in an ICCAC contest. Game time in the NIACC gym is slated for 7:30 p.m.
NIACC stopped Iowa Central 70-44 in Fort Dodge on Jan. 5.
