NIACC's Davison places 23rd
EL PASO, Texas - NIACC sophomore Emma Davison placed 23rd at the NJCAA half-marathon on Saturday.
Davison covered the 13.1 miles in 1 hour, 35 minutes, 38 seconds.
The 1:35.38 is the third fastest half-marathon in school history.
The top two half-marathon times in school history belong to Anna Buenneke (1:25.15 in 2010) and Kalyn Kruckenberg (1:34.26) also in 2010.
Also for NIACC Saturday, Alana Wickering was 32nd in a time of 1:47.24 and Miricle Corbo was 36th in 1:54.55.
