NIACC men play at Riverland tonight
AUSTIN, Minn. - The NIACC men's basketball team faces Riverland CC tonight in a nonconference contest.
Game time is set for 7:45 p.m.
NIACC improved its record to 5-0 with a 75-67 victory over the Wartburg College Junior Varsity on Sunday.
Darnell Taylor-Breck led NIACC with 13 points. Brad Rathjen and Matt Baker also both reached double figures for the Trojans with 11 points apiece.
NIACC's Tim Trousell scored nine points and grabbed nine rebounds.
It is the first time the Trojans have started 5-0 since the 2009-10 team started the season with nine straight victories.
Moss averages 18.2 points per game to lead NIACC. Moss also leads the team with 13 3-point goals, 26 assists and 12 steals.
Trousell averages 11.6 points per game and Taylor-Breck averages 10.2 points per game.
Trousell averages 6.6 rebounds per game and Taylor-Breck averages 5.4 rebounds a game.
