NIACC lands 6 players on all-region teams
MASON CITY – The NIACC men's soccer team landed a total of six players on the three NJCAA Region XI Division II teams.
NIACC's Hugo Garcia-Rosado Duran and Giovani Lima Soares were first-team selections. Kagiso Madisha and Lewis Bowes were second-team picks and Rodrigo Catala and Geoffroy Letienne were honorable mention selections.
Soares earned first-team all-region honors for the second straight season. Bowes was a second-team pick for the third straight season.
Garcia-Rosado Duran scored 10 goals with three assists. Soares had two goals with five assists.
Madisha scored two goals with six assists. Bowes had six assists.
Catala scored one goal with two assists and Letienne scored five goals.
