NIACC men place fourth at DMACC Invite
ANKENY - The NIACC men's golf team placed fourth at the DMACC Invitational with a 330 at the Otter Creek Golf Course.
Iowa Lakes was the team champion with a 312. DMACC was second with a 314 and the DMACC B team was third with a 321.
Sophomore Josh Schaefer led the Trojans with a 78. Devin Koob shot an 81, Ben Boerjan shot an 85 and Anthony Emanuel shot an 86 to round out the scoring for the Trojans.
Also for NIACC, Jordan Voves shot an 87. Mitchell Scholl shot an 86 playing as an indvidual for the Trojans.
Grand View's Seth Svejda was the meet medalist with a 75. The Vikings placed fifth in the team race with a 331.
