NIACC women roll past Southeastern, 102-75

MASON CITY — NIACC finished with six players in double figures Saturday and eclipsed the 100-point mark as it rolled to a 102-75 victory over Southeastern Community College.
"We keep shooting the ball well and we're actually figuring out good shots, and our defense helped a lot," NIACC coach Todd Ciochetto said. "They're starting to figure out how to play together which is nice to see."
The Lady Trojans' Morgan Cuffe led the charge with 20 points, Taylor Laabs scored 15, Riley Galvin and Kelsie Willert each had 12 and Marci Wolters and Cierra Stanciel added 10 apiece.
Alexis Harms led Southeastern with 23 points.
NIACC (16-11, 8-4), which finished 16 for 40 from beyond the arc, travels to Kirkwood Wednesday.
