MASON CITY - The NIACC men's soccer team topped Northeast CC 4-1 Wednesday in an ICCAC contest on the NIACC campus.
NIACC jumped out to a 2-1 lead at the half and added two insurance goals in the second 45 minutes.
NIACC received first-half goals from Lewis Saunders and Alex Scarano. The Trojans' second-half goals came from Harry Holland and Aleksander Trujic.
Matthew Janke picked up the win in goal for the Trojans.
The Trojans (2-3-1, 1-0-1) return to action Friday at home against Riverland CC in a nonconference match, which is slated to start at 4 p.m.
