NIACC placed 10th in the team standings with a 315-322 - 637. Morningside was the team champion with a 299-294 - 593 and host Iowa Central was second with a 296-300 - 506.
The Trojans were led Saturday by sophomore Jackson Koebernick, who shot a 76. He shot a two-day total of 86-76 - 162.
"It was great to see Jackson Koebernick put it together (Saturday) in pretty difficult scoring conditions," NIACC coach Chris Frenz said. "He's really been trending positive lately, so I know Friday was a disappointment for him to bounce back like he did (Saturday) shows what he's made of."
The 76 by Koebernick was one of his career best round of 75 at the Buena Vista Fall Invitational on Sept. 18, 2022.
Also for the Trojans, Anders Palmquist shot 77-79 - 156, Elic Fjetland shot 80-89 - 169, Tommy Birdsell shot 89-83 - 172, Bennett Suntken shot 88-87 - 175 and Mitchell Staudt shot 91-88 - 179.
"The rest of us just couldn't get much going (Saturday)," Frenz said, "but we'll learn from this and get better."
NIACC returns to action Tuesday and Wednesday at The Verhille Invitational at the Finkbine Golf Course in Iowa City.
