NIACC men's soccer team hosts Hawkeye CC Wednesday
MASON CITY - The NIACC men's soccer team hosts Hawkeye CC on Wednesday at the NIACC pitch.
Match time is set for 4 p.m.
NIACC (6-9 overall, 4-9 in the ICCAC) topped Northeast CC 4-3 last Saturday.
Hawkeye CC (5-7-1, 5-6-1) nipped NIACC 1-0 in overtime in the season opener in Waterloo on Sept. 23 in the first meeting ever between the two schools.
Sophomore forward Dion Dozzell leads the Trojans with 11 goals. Sophomore Khaliyl Hanson and freshman Bailey Foster both have 6 goals.
Also for the Trojans, Perry Katesmark has seven assists.
NIACC notes: Dozzell has 18 career goals and 6 career assists … Hanson has 11 career goals and 4 career assists.
