Cindy Holland begins her first season as an assistant coach with the NIACC women’s soccer program in the 2024 season.

Holland has over 20 years coaching experience that includes soccer, basketball, volleyball, softball and baseball.

She has nine years of soccer coaching experience, including three with the Mason City Soccer Club.

Holland has her soccer grassroots coaching certification in 7V7, 9V9 and 11V11.

She was the head volleyball coach at Northwood-Kensett in 2008.

Holland played soccer, volleyball and softball at Waldorf College.

Holland received her BA degree from Waldorf College, a ADN degree from NIACC and a MBA degree from the University of Phoenix.
