3 Trojans earn all-conference honors
MASON CITY - NIACC sophomore middle blocker Kyla Moore was selected to the 2022 all-ICCAC second team.
Moore was also a first-team all-NJCAA Region XI-B selection.
Also for the Trojans, sophomore setter Ryley Wetlaufer was a third-team all-conference selection along with being a second-team all-NJCAA Region XI pick. Sophmore outside hitter Tiegan Barkema was a third-team all-conference selection.
Moore led NIACC with 133 blocks, which ranked fifth in the ICCAC. Moore also had 334 kills, which was second on the Trojans and 12th in the conference, and 22 ace serves.
Wetlaufer led the Trojans with 903 assists, which ranked seventh in the ICCAC. Wetlaufer also had 324 digs, which ranked third on the team.
Barkema led the Trojans with 374 kills, which ranked seventh in the ICCAC. Barkema had 332 digs, which was second on the team, and 38 blocks.
