FORT DODGE - The NIACC men's basketball team dropped a 97-68 decision to Iowa Central Wednesday night in an ICCAC contest.
Iowa Central led 48-31 at the half and outscored the Trojans 49-37 in the second 20 minutes. Isaac Besh led the Tritons with 25 points, including seven three-point goals.
Miles Fant and Darius Henderson both scored 18 points for the Tritons, who are 14-12 overall and 7-6 in the ICCAC.
NIACC was led by Jaydin Dunlap with 23 points, a career-high 11 rebounds and three steals. It was the first career double/double for Dunlap.
Myles Tucker was next in line for the Trojans with 15 points.
NIACC's Koen Derry recorded a double/double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. It was Derry's fourth career double/double.
NIACC (11-16, 3-10) returns to action Saturday at home against Iowa Western. Game time in the NIACC gym is slated for 3 p.m.
