NIACC's Stockberger places 35th at national half marathon

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - NIACC sophomore Lilly Stockberger placed 35th at the NJCAA Division I national half marathon Tuesday.

Stockberger covered the 13.1 mile course in a time of 1 hour, 44 minutes, 21 seconds. Last season at the national half marathon in Virginia, Stockberger was 38th in 1:43.19.

Also for the Trojans on Tuesday, Audrey Carrison placed 75th in 2:07.06.

Trinidad State's Maria Saenz was the national champion in a time of 1:54.17.
