NIACC moves to No. 18 in rankings
MASON CITY - The NIACC volleyball team moved up two spots to No. 18 in the lastest NJCAA Division II volleyball poll released Monday.
NIACC, which was No. 20 in the Oct. 14 poll, was 5-0 last week. The Lady Trojans topped Ellsworth on Wednesday and one four matches at Iowa Lakes' tournament.
This is the fourth poll in the 2019 season that NIACC has been ranked.
NIACC (28-8 overall) returns home this week with a pair of matches. The Lady Trojans host Iowa Lakes on sophomore night on Wednesday and host the Wartburg College Junior Varsity on Thursday for Think Pink Night.
