NIACC's Swenson places 4th in high jump

STORM LAKE - NIACC's Jordan Swenson placed fourth in the high jump and ninth in the long jump at the NJCAA Region XI indoor track and field championships.

Swenson cleared 4 feet, 11 inches in the high jump and recorded a jump of 13-4 1/4 in the long jump.

Also in the long jump, NIACC's Katyrra Peck was eighth with a jump of 13-7.

Peck was also 11th in the 400-meter dash in a time of 1:07.44

NIACC's Lilly Stockberger was ninth in the mile (6:26.20).

In the throwing events, NIACC's Kalayah Kaschub was 12th in the shot put with a toss of 31-0 and Madelyn Wilson was eighth in weight throw (38-1 1/4).
