NIACC women open season at Wartburg

WAVERLY - The NIACC women's track and field team opened its indoor season Saturday at the Wartburg College Chelsey Henkenius Open.

NIACC's Lilly Stockberger placed fifth in the 800-meter run in a time of 3:02.64.

Also for the Trojans, Jordan Swenson was eighth in the high jump with a leap of 4 feet, 7 inches. Katyrra Peck was 11th in the long jump with a leap of 14-10 1/2.
