NIACC's Davison earns 2 top 10 finishes

CEDAR FALLS - NIACC sophomore Emma Davison placed in the top 10 in two events Friday at the University of Northern Iowa's Jack Jennett Open.

Davison placed seventh in the 800-meter run in a time of 2 minutes, 29.58 seconds. She was also ninth in the mile in a time of 5:38.43.

Also for the NIACC women, sophomore Caitlyn Regan was sixth in the 600 (1:49.02) and Cecelia Hemsworth was 10th in the 600 (1:49.44).

NIACC was seventh in the 4x400-meter relay in a time of 4:29.81. The Lady Trojans ran Davison, Whitney Martin, Hemsworth and Ashley Kriener.
