No. 12 NIACC faces No. 7 RCTC in dual tonight
ROCHESTER, Minn. - The No. 12 NIACC returns to action Wednesday in a dual meet at No. 7 RCTC.
The dual is slated to start at 7 p.m.
NIACC placed sixth at the Central College Invitational last Saturday with 33.5 points. The Trojans received a second-place finish from Noah Jackson (157) and a third-place finish from Ryan Faught (165).
In the silver division at Central, NIACC's Chris Briscoe placed fourth at 184 pounds.
NIACC (0-4 in duals) enters the dual with two ranked wrestlers. Austin Anderly is ranked No. 1 at 141 pounds and Jackson is ranked third at 157 pounds.
RCTC has five ranked wrestlers in the latest Intermat NJCAA rankings. They are Auston Hall (6th at 141); Enkhboldt Sukhbaatar (6th at 149); Alfred Daniel (2nd at 157); Mason Hawkins (4th at 197) and Luis Pinto (8th at 285).
After Wednesday's dual against RCTC, The Trojans take part in the University of Nebraska-Kearney duals on Friday.
On Friday, NIACC faces Colby CC at 9 a.m., Neosho County CC at 10:30 a.m., Labette CC at noon and Cloud County CC at 1:30 p.m.
