Maasch's 92 lead NIACC in Day 1 at Iowa Central Invite

ANKENY - Freshman Brooke Maasch shot a first-round 92 to lead the NIACC women's golf team at the Iowa Central Invitational at the Iowa Central Invitational on the Otter Creek Golf Course.

NIACC shot a 394 in its season-opening round.

Also for the Lady Trojans, Courtney Tusler and Kelli Wilson both shot 97s. Katelyn Loegering shot a 108 and Rebecca Long shot a 110.

Day two of the Iowa Central Invitational is set for Sunday.
