KEOKUK - The No. 2 NIACC women's basketball team cruised to a 92-61 victory over Southeastern in its regular season finale on Saturday.
With the win, the Lady Trojans wrapped up the No. 1 seed for next week's NJCAA Region XI tournament. The Lady Trojans will face either Little Priest Tribal College or Ellsworth in the regional tournament opener on Wednesday.
In Saturday's game, freshman Mandy Willems scored 45 points, including 13 3-point goals, to lead the Lady Trojans. The 13 3-point goals is a single-game school record.
