NIACC women ranked 16th in latest NJCAA Division II poll

MASON CITY - The NIACC women's basketball team is ranked No. 16 in this week's NJCAA Division II poll.

Monroe CC (17-1) continues to hold down the top spot for the seventh straight poll.

Kirkwood (19-3) is ranked No. 2 and DMACC (17-4) is ranked No. 14.

NIACC, which was No. 10 in last week's poll, returns to action Wednesday night at home against Iowa Lakes. Game time is set for 5:30 p.m. in the NIACC gym.

The Lady Trojans (16-5 overall, 3-2 in the ICCAC) has won 14 straight home games, including 10 straight this season.
