IOWA FALLS - The NIACC women's basketball team stopped Ellsworth 67-61 on Wednesday in an ICCAC contest.
Riley Galvin and Cierra Stanciel led the Lady Trojans with 12 points apiece.
Also for NIACC, Taylor Laabs scored 10 points and Marci Wolters scored nine points. UU Longs and Courtney Larson both scored seven points.
NIACC led 27-19 at the half.
NIACC (15-11 overall, 7-4 in the ICCAC) returns to action Saturday at home against Southeastern. Game time is set for 2 p.m.
