NIACC's Kayla Noelker was 2 for 4, including a double, with three RBIs. Also for the Lady Trojans, Anna Lensing scored three runs, McKinzey Johnson was 1 for 3 with three RBIs and Riley Nelson was 1 for 3 with one RBI.
In the second game, McKenna Mentink (2-0) pitched the first 3 1/3 innings to gain the win. She allowed three runs with one strikeout and one walk before giving way to Kayla Sproul in the fourth inning.
NIACC scored two runs in the first inning and moved its lead to 7-0 with a five-run second inning.
NIACC led 9-3 heading into its half of the fifth inning. Lienhard singled to start the frame and Noelker hit her team-leading third home run of the season to complete the Sunday sweep of the Hawks.
