EL DORADO, Kan. - The No. 19 (NJCAA Division II) NIACC softball team dropped a doubleheader to No. 18 (NJCAA Divison I) Butler CC on Saturday.
Butler CC won the first game 9-5 and took the second game 11-3.
In the first game, NIACC's Kaci Sherwood was 3 for 4 and Alyssa Laxson and Kaitlyn Carlson both collected two hits. The Lady Trojans' Kayla Till drove in two runs.
In the second game, the Lady Trojans received doubles from Morgan Thesing-Ritter and Sherwood.
