Bio
Alec Hayes begins his sixth season as an assistant coach with the NIACC men's and women's track and field programs starting in 2024.
Hayes, who competed for the Trojans in 2018-19, ranks fifth on NIACC's indoor high jump all-time best list with a leap of 6 feet, 2 3/4 inches at the NJCAA Region 11 Championships in 2018
He also ranks fifth on the Trojans' outdoor high jump list with a leap of 6-4 3/4 at the NJCAA Region 11 Championships in 2019.
