NIACC's home opener canceled due to severe weather

MASON CITY - Due to the possibility of severe weather Tuesday afternoon, the NIACC men's and women's soccer matches against Lake Superior College have been canceled.

Both teams were slated to play their home openers Tuesday.

The NIACC women's team (1-0) returns to action Friday at Hesston College in Hesston, Kan. The Lady Trojans will also play Saturday at Hutchinson CC in Hutchinson, Kan.

The NIACC men's team (1-0) plays Saturday at the Missouri Valley College junior varsity. The Trojans also play Sunday at East Central College.

The NIACC men's and women's home openers are now slated for Wednesday, Sept. 5 against Iowa Lakes.
